Following numerous customer requests, the QR code scanner has been reintroduced. When creating a service case, users can either select the machine from a dropdown menu or use the QR code scanner to speed up the process.
How to use it:
Select "Create service case".
Select the service partner (if you have multiple).
Click on the QR code icon to open the camera.
Scan the QR code on the HOMAG machine.
If a ServiceBoard license is available, the machine will be automatically selected.
twinio Office now offers the option to define limit values for tools. When a tool reaches more than 80% of the defined limit, a warning symbol appears, prompting users to take appropriate action, such as performing maintenance to ensure high production quality.

Select a tool
Select a limit value
Add your limit value
A warning symbol will notify you as soon as the limit defined limit is reached by > 80 %.
The filter bar now enables users to further refine their tool selection by location, availability, and connection status. Furthermore, the results can be sorted by columns. Advanced filtering options help users narrow their view and take targeted actions based on their selection.

Type into the search bar and/or use the provided filter options
Sort results by preferred column
Users can now search for case numbers in the ServiceBoard search field. This simplifies finding specific cases, as service partners often reference case numbers in emails. The case number has been added as a searchable term.
How to use it:
Open the case overview in the ServiceBoard.
Enter your case number in the search field.
Click on “Search”.
A list of the most relevant results will be displayed, and users can easily find the corresponding case.
